Details introduction

Overview

The DLXNY-ZRL001 fuel Cell Trainer is one kind of didactic training bench for renewable energy lab, it uses light to irradiate the solar panel to generate electricity (the DC power supply in the power module can also be used), and then uses the generated electricity to act on the electrolysis battery module of new energy training kits to electrolyze water to generate hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen and oxygen enter the power generation module to generate electricity and drive the fan to rotate.

It is widely used in the TVET vocational technical schools, secondary vocational schools, polytechnics etc.

Equipment Features

Through the use of this teaching aid, students can have an intuitive understanding of the process of electrolysis of water and its reverse process - hydrogen and oxygen reaction to generate electricity. An electrolytic battery module is a device that converts electrical energy into chemical energy. Chemical reactions take place on both sides of the proton exchange membrane. By applying a DC voltage across the electrolytic cell module, hydrogen is generated on the negative side (the negative chemical reaction formula is 2H++2e-®H2), and oxygen is generated on the positive side (the positive chemical reaction formula is H2O®2H++1/2O2+2e -). The gas produced is collected in storage tanks.

The proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a high-efficiency power generation device that uses fuel hydrogen as a reducing agent and oxygen in the air as an oxidant to perform an electrochemical reaction, and directly converts chemical energy into electrical energy (the chemical reaction formula is H2+1/2O2® H2O). Fuel cells can be used as a power source for power stations or vehicles. Compared with internal combustion engines, fuel cells have the most prominent advantages of high energy conversion efficiency and low environmental pollution.

The way to use the equipment needs to be placed on the table for use, and the table needs to be prepared by the customer.
