Equipment Overview

The process control training system is a technical teaching equipment with theoretical knowledge of the control system is applied in the actual projectThis equipment is produced by a professional vocational equipment factory.Normally used in adjustment systems, adjustment methods, control system design for different control process engineering objects, and adjustment control algorithm design. The four thermal detection and sensing devices widely used in industry for temperature, flow, liquid level, and pressure can be diversified. And relevant experimental trainings can be designed by using this vocational equipment.

Equipment Features

DLGK-53B process control training system, including control cabinet, process control unit and training platform. It is a physical simulation object based on industrial process. It is a multifunctional experimental device integrating automatic instrument technology, computer technology, communication technology and automatic control technology. The system includes thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level. It can realize system parameter identification, single loop control, cascade control, ratio and other control forms.

The TVET technical training equipment fully meets the training and technical teaching needs of TVET relevant courses such as automatic control principle, process control, automatic instrument, automatic detection technology and sensor, computer control and DCS distributed control.
