Equipment Overview

DLGK-373 process control training system includes control panel and process control unit. The tvet equipment is based on physical simulating object of industrial process. It integrates instruments, computer technology, communications technology, automatic control technology, and integrated multi-function experimental device. The technical teaching equipment contains temperature, pressure, flow and level such parameters, which can complete system parameter identification, single-circuit control, cascade stage control,ratio,lag and so on. The experimental vocational equipment can be used as undergraduate, college,TVET vocational curriculum process control device, but also suitable for graduate students and researchers to study physical simulation and experimental study of objects of complex control systems, advanced control systems.

The system meet the teaching requirement of Automatic control theory, Process control, Automation instruments Automatic measurement technology and sensors, and computer control. The process training system can practice verification experiments, design experiments, also support comprehensive training.


Equipment Features

The advanced process control training system, including control panel and process control unit. The system power branch is composed be single phase/three-phase magnetic driving pump, electric control valve, pressure sensor, electromagnetic flowmeter and hand-operated valves.

The control system contains various modules which can complete various Training contents. Power supply with protection against leakage, over voltage , over current , short-circuit to protect the users against electric shock. Open structure design with experimental subjects, intuitive and strong , easy to understand .

Three control methods: PLC, intelligent instruments and DCS, consistent with the theoretical teaching.Instrument parameters and characteristics meet the design requirements of the system, with ideal experimental results.

Instrumentation assembly and disassembly to practice the skills. Extenable experiments, different control method with different hardwares.Various control signals, various control signals and control method are available according to training content.
