Equipment Overview
DLPLC-YTHH liquid mixing training system is a tvet education equipment practical training system integrating PLC, liquid level sensor and solenoid valve. Through sensor signal acquisition and PLC programming, the system carries out complex switching value control and sequential logic control for solenoid valve, water pump and DC reduction motor, so as to realize the automatic control function of liquid mixing.
Equipment Features
1. The PLC training model is composed of a mixing system and a storage system. The two liquids are respectively transported to the mixing part according to the procedure; The mixing motor can drive the mixing impeller to rotate and stir the mixed liquid; The PLC teaching set has a solenoid valve is installed at the lower end of the mixing system to control the flow of mixed liquid to the storage system.
