The First Yellow River Basin Vocational Skills Competition Concluded Successfully

Recently, the first Yellow River Basin Vocational Skills Competition was held in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Excellent players from all over the Yellow River Basin gathered together to show their talents and skills. Sino-German Dolang actively participated in and honorably provided skills training equipment and technical training support for this skills competition.

 

This skills competition has a total of 10 projects including additive manufacturing, painting and decoration, chemical laboratory technology, welding, CNC lathe, automobile maintenance, electrician, CAD mechanical design, network security, and restaurant services. It covers multiple fields such as advanced manufacturing, chemical technology, digital technology, cultural tourism, etc. The contestants also demonstrated superb technical level and solid professional knowledge in the competition.

 

As a technical support unit, Sino-German Dolang provides advanced technical equipment and professional technical guidance for the electrical project, and provides a good competition environment and technical support for the contestants, helping them achieve excellent results. In this competition, Sino-German Dolang provided the DLDS-ZH101 intelligent electrical comprehensive training equipment for the competition.

 

This TVET engineer traiing equipment adopts a modular design concept and consists of a programmable controller control training platform, an electric traction force training platform, and a fault assessment training platform. This set of equipment includes programmable control technology, human-computer interaction application technology, variable frequency speed regulation technology, stepper drive technology, servo drive technology, electric traction technology, industrial sensor technology, DC speed regulation technology, equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance technology and other training and appraisal contents.

 

The didactic teaching equipment integrates an intelligent Internet of Things module to realize data collection and processing with various instruments and meters. After data processing, it is uploaded to the server platform. At the same time, the server platform can issue instructions to the Internet of Things module to achieve remote control.
