Sino-German Dolang and XINJIE Electric Reach Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Recently, Sino-German Dolang and Wuxi XINJIE Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XINJIE Electric") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will focus on vocational education and higher education, strengthen engineering education, integrate their advantageous resources, and make every effort to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing education resources and equipment research and development, as well as to construct an industry–education integration ecosystem. With a new model of university-industry cooperation, they aim to nurture new quality productive forces and empower the cultivation of talents for new industrialization.

Sino-German Dolang and XINJIE Electric Officially Sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement

 

At the signing ceremony, XINJIE Electric Chairman and General Manager Li Xin first warmly welcomed the delegation from Sino-German Dolang Group and expressed his earnest expectations for this cooperation. He mentioned that XINJIE Electric has always been committed to technological innovation and market expansion in the field of automation. By joining hands with Sino-German Dolang, the complementary advantages of both sides in technology research and development, educational resources, and industrial practices will be fully leveraged to create multi-layered digital education solutions, thus promoting deeper integration of industry and education.

 

Sino-German Dolang Group Chairman Jiang Zuodong stated that this cooperation will build an ecological closed loop by replicating a four-chain integration model—“education chain, talent chain, innovation chain, and industry chain”—and by constructing an industry–education collaborative innovation platform. Both parties will jointly conduct training and certification, teacher development, textbook and course software development, resource and equipment development, skills competitions, and industrial college cooperation. These efforts will enhance the talent support level for automation, digitization, and intelligent equipment in Chinese factories and boost the global competitiveness of China’s intelligent manufacturing talents.

 

After the signing ceremony, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation details and future plans, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the collaboration. Both sides expressed that they will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and collaboration, jointly create benchmark projects, and attract more academic institutions and enterprises to participate, thereby further consolidating their positions in the market. Through technological empowerment and innovative models, they aim to establish a demonstrative model for the integrated development of technical and skilled talents, providing sustainable talent support for nurturing new quality productive forces.
