DLFMS-8000 Flexible Manufacture System consist of eight working Training units: a master control unit, a robot handling unit, an automatic processing unit, a visual inspection unit, a heat treatment unit, an automatic sorting unit, an automatic storage unit, and a ring type transmission unit. the flexible manufacturing system consisting of a PROFIBUS-DP bus. It can complete the processing, detection, heating, transmission, handling, warehousing and other processes of the workpiece, and truly reproduce the actual industrial production process. Each training stations is mounted on a slotted aluminum substrate, and the stations can be easily connected together to form an automated flexible manufacturing line. Each station can be self-contained, and can be connected with other stations to form a unified system. The modules can be easily built, disassembled and maintained, and the workstations can be combined at will. The information exchange between the station and the station is transmitted through the PROFIBUS-DP bus. The current working status and data processing status of each station are summarized to the master control platform.
