Equipment Overview
DLDJ-DSPM110 Servo motor training equipment is performance training for accurate positioning. The platform is composed by aluminum structure, U-shape button box, drawing board, Servo motor & driver & pneumatic device. The control parts are composed by PLC, operation button & kinds of sensors.
Equipment Features
The electrical machine trainer covers the knowledge of mechatronics, automation control & motion control, like PLC control, Servo motor speed regulation, sensors, Pneumatic actuators, mechanical structure installation and system debugging.The execution part is composed of servo module, pneumatic module and sensor.Both X and Y axes are driven by servo motors, the effective stroke of the screw is 220mm, the outer diameter of the ball screw is 16mm, and the lead is 5mm.
Both ends of the X-axis and Y-axis have limit protection. When the motor exceeds the screw lead, the enable signal of the servo drive is disconnected, and the motor stops immediately, which can effectively prevent damage to personnel and equipment caused by misoperation.The Z axis is a pneumatic component, controlled by a cylinder with a stroke of 100mm.
