Equipment Overview

Position Control Training System can realize the plane position control in motion, the position control of the plane tail can be realized in the PLC control, the grasping and placement of workpieces can be realized through the pneumatic mechanism, and the precision instrument control in motion can be realized through the DC reduction motor (high-performance servo motor and stepping motor). This equipment is specially developed and designed for the study of the PLC system, Complete the training of three modules: detection, control and execution. Let students have a systematic understanding and mastery of Mechatronics knowledge.

The PLC trainer is produced by plc training kits factory. The trainer is a two-dimensional motion control model, combined with sensors, PLC, pneumatic, motor control, etc., and uses vacuum to grasp the workpiece.

The PLC training system includes manual and automatic control modes. Students complete two different training tasks through PLC programming.

System Function

1. The worktable is composed of special industrial aluminum profiles, and the training base plate is equipped with a handle to facilitate the handling of equipment.

2. All training devices are fixed on the aluminum alloy substrate, and visually show the real objects to the students, so that the students can know and understand the industrial field components perceptually. The training devices can be plugged in and out freely, creating students' thinking and brain.

3. The control hanging box is clamped on the base plate of the sensor training platform through the quick change socket made by the independent mold opening of the pillars. The training base plate is a special aluminum profile made by the independent mold opening of the pillars, with a slot gap of 25mm, and any sensor training device can be installed anywhere.

4. The rocker switch is used in the control hanging box to control in four directions under the manual control mode.

5. Under the DC motor control mode, master the application of proximity switch and limit switch, the wiring method of limit switch, and the installation and commissioning method of electromagnetic sensor.

6. The sensors provided by the training system are the actual sensors on the industrial site, so that the industrial site can enter the training room, and students can operate the sensors in the training room as in the industrial site, rather than focusing on theoretical teaching.
