Equipment Overview

DLFA Series manipulator engineer training system is an industrial control integration vocation technology teaching equipment with PLC as the core. The device is a ideal didactic technical vocation education training system which  integrating PLC training, stepping motor training, DC motor training, three-phase asynchronous motor, frequency converter and servo control system. Through sensor signal acquisition and PLC programming, the device carries out more complex switching value control, position control and sequential logic control for servo motor, stepping motor, DC motor and solenoid valve, Realize the color sorting, grabbing, moving and placing of objects within the worktable range of the manipulator.

The manipulator engineer teaching bench is applicable to the learning and application training of PLC programmable controller for students in middle and senior vocational colleges and universities, pre job training of students and retraining of employees. It can not only meet the vocational training requirements of colleges and universities and vocational training schools for PLC experiment teaching and related curriculum design and assessment, but also serve as the didactic equipment for technical engineering and technical personnel.


Equipment Features

The whole equipment is composed of aluminum alloy training platform.

The control system adopts module combination type, which is composed of various actuators. According to the needs of training, the module can be combined, installed and debugged with single action or flexibility.

The actuator such as servo motor, servo drive, DC motor, stepping motor, solenoid valve and control element such as proximity sensor configured by the device are selected, and the control unit is PLC.

Protection function: chassis mechanical rotation angle limit protection function; Lifting and lowering mechanical limit protection function; Front and rear limit protection function of manipulator.
