Workflow Introduction
Firstly, the robot arm training equipment 1 picks up the blanks on the loop line, and the robot arm training equipment 1 completes the loading and unloading of the CNC l lathe and CNC milling machine through the seventh axis walking device;
The No.1 CNC lathe processes the head cover and the head part; the CNC lathe is equipped with an automatic rotary tool holder, which mainly carries the inner and outer circle, thread, end face, taper, etc.; after the part is processed, the robot arm training equipment 1 puts the processed part into the conveying tray ;
The flashlight body and the tail are processed by No.1 and No.2 CNC lathes; the automatic rotary tool holder is installed in the CNC lathe mainly used for inner and outer circle, thread, end face, taper, spherical surface, knurling, etc.; after processing ,put it in the tray on the conveying station , wherein the body is placed directly on the CNC milling machine;
After the flashlight body processing in the No. 2 CNC lathe is completed, the robot arm training equipment 1 grabs and places it on the milling machine to process the marking plane (the machining plane is convenient for later customization, laser coding); after the machining part is completed, the workpiece is placed on the tray by the robot 1 ,then transfer to next working step via the conveying unit ;
After all four kinds of machined parts are completed, the tray stop device on the conveying unit is released, and start the assembly visual inspection .
