Details introduction

Overview

This vocation teaching system is based on typical intelligent manufacturing production line, using technologies such as industrial network, automatic control, data acquisition and remote operation and maintenance, combined with CNC machining centers, industrial robots, intelligent sensing and control equipment, visual inspection equipment, intelligent warehousing equipment and other equipment research and development based on key intelligent manufacturing technologies and equipment, demonstrating the functions and ideas of automation, digitization, networking, integration and intelligence. It involves knowledge and skills in the fields of intelligent control technology, CNC technology, industrial robot technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, mechatronics technology, industrial engineering technology, software technology, automation technology and online measurement technology.

Configuration

The Smart manufacturing training equipment is composed of data management center, network management unit, intelligent warehousing unit , assembly and inspection unit , robot handling unit, and  CNC simulation unit 

Process flow

(1) Data Management Center: MES software, digital twin software and cloud platform are deployed to realize order management, equipment management, production management, virtual simulation, data cloud maintenance, etc.

(2) Network management unit: It has the function of master control system and realizes uploading and downloading of all platform data.

(3) Intelligent storage unit: After receiving the order command, the three-axis linear robot takes the pallet containing the base blank from the three-dimensional warehouse and places it on the RFID read-write position of conveyor belt module 1. The RFID reader writes the order information into the chip and transmits the material with the information written to the next unit. At the same time, the warehouse inventory can be completed. The three-axis linear robot takes the pallet containing the base blank from the three-dimensional warehouse and places it on the RFID read -write position. The three-axis linear robot completes the warehouse inventory according to the internal information of the RFID chip .

(4) Robot handling unit: The industrial robot takes the tray containing the base blank from the previous station and places it on the RFID read -write position. The RFID reads the chip order information. The industrial robot takes the base blank from the tray and places it in the chuck of the CNC simulation unit. The industrial robot takes out the processed base and places it on the RFID read -write position tray. At the same time, when multiple orders are placed in the warehouse, the current order is placed on the RFID read -write position, and the subsequent orders are placed in the buffer area waiting for processing.

(5) Assembly inspection unit: After the detection position sensor detects that the base is processed, the stop cylinder extends out of the conveyor belt to stop. The industrial camera follows the four-axis robot to identify the shape, angle and color of the base. The four-axis robot goes to the assembly material area according to the processed shape to pick up the material core and assemble it to the base. After the assembly is completed, the finished material is transferred to the intelligent storage unit.

(6) CNC simulation unit: The CNC simulation unit completes the simulation processing of the base blank transported by the industrial robot according to the order information.

(7) The assembled finished products are placed in the corresponding numbered storage location by the three-axis linear robot according to the order requirements.
