The DLIM-426 Intelligent manufacturing learning Factory platform provides a platform for education and training, organizes practical teaching for students, and cultivates students' comprehensive application, debugging and maintenance capabilities of intelligent manufacturing systems .
Production attributes: The laser cutting machines, industrial robots, PLCs, visual inspection systems, sensors and other devices and main components used in the production line are all actual industrial products, connected to the industrial site. While meeting the teaching needs, they can also undertake external processing, production and assembly tasks.
The conveyor line, laser marking station, assembly station, testing station, packaging station, etc. all adopt modular design. Different modules can be used in combination or separately for teaching. To ensure ease of use, the bottom of the workstation uses mobile casters and foot cups for easy movement and leveling.
This project integrates the latest digital twin technology, and can also perform virtual assembly and debugging through digital twins. After fully mastering the production line operation skills, practical training can be carried out on the actual production line to improve learning efficiency.
Equipment Features
The production line is composed of Automatic stereoscopic warehouse, AGV, conveyor line, laser cutting and engraving station, laser marking station, lamp holder assembly station, online visual inspection station, packaging station, inkjet station, code scanning station, master control and display center, digital twin simulation development platform, adopts split and modular design, which has good expandability. Each module can be combined into a complete production line to realize the complete storage, processing, assembly, testing and packaging process of the product, and can also be used independently to carry out task-based teaching. It covers multiple disciplines and majors such as machinery, electrical engineering, pneumatic hydraulics, industrial robots, and intelligent control. It is a good scientific research platform for the intelligent manufacturing professional group and is suitable for the cultivation of comprehensive skilled talents in the future.
The project is divided into: warehousing and logistics area, intelligent production area, digital twin teaching area, master control and exhibition center.
The warehousing and logistics area is used for the storage and warehousing of product blanks and finished products.
The intelligent production area is responsible for the manufacturing of workpieces. The main processes include laser engraving, cutting, laser marking, assembly, quality inspection, packaging, coding and scanning.
AGV is used to transfer smart pallets between production line areas, and the conveyor loop is used for the transfer of smart pallets between various workstations.
