Details Introduction

Overview

With the dual attributes of "production + education", the product Engineer education equipment carrier of this project is selected from daily necessities, replacing the traditional pure teaching production line with models as carriers. While meeting the teaching requirements, the project of vocational training equipment also draws on the reference to the National Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Application Skills Competition and the relevant professional skill level standards for intelligent manufacturing system integration.

Configuration

The project is divided into five areas and one center, namely: intelligent processing area, intelligent assembly and packaging area, visual display and communication area, consumables and feeding area, intelligent storage area, and digital experience center. The areas are separated by safety fences.

The intelligent processing area is responsible for the machining of the pen barrel body and the bottom of the barrel, and the intelligent assembly and packaging area is responsible for the assembly, appearance processing, CNC engraving, laser marking, quality inspection, packaging, and warehousing of the pen barrel.

The digital experience center is equipped with digital twin software, which allows students to conduct quantitative verification of workshop layout, production logistics design, virtual debugging and other aspects of the production system on the virtual machine and find the direction of optimization based on the simulation results.

The composite navigation mode AGV trolley is used for transmission and transportation between each process of the product carrier. The AGV composite navigation mode can ensure positioning accuracy and stability, and realize the accurate transmission of pallets and workpieces on the tray.
