Equipment Overview

DLCIM-01 CIMS training platform takes industrial robotics as the core, The vocational training equipmentcombines programmable controllers, servo motors, sensors, and through signal acquisition, PLC programming, and industrial robot programming, performs more complex switch control, position control and Sequential logic control, so as to realize automatic control of parts processing, assembly and storage.

The hardware part of the industrial robotics training equipment system mainly includes storage unit, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, industrial robot unit, PLC module, servo control module, power supply module

The training projects covers: CIM training system application, Industrial robot programming, CNC machine tool programming, motor drive, pneumatic, PLC programming, servo system parameter setting, sensor application, and many other application technologies.
