Equipment Overview

DLIM-729A Intelligent Equipment Digital Twin Training System is one kind of TVET vocational training equipment which catch up to latest technology like virtual simulation (digital twin) technology and intelligent manufacturing technology, build a digital twin scientific research and lab training platform that integrates real manufacturing equipment, virtual production lines, virtual debugging, and intelligent control, and meets the vocation school professional needs of mechatronics, industrial robots, intelligent manufacturing, and industrial Internet.

Composition

The industry 4.0 teaching equipment consists of two parts, the practical workstation and the digital twin simulation workstation.

The practical workstation of mechatronics trainer consists of a tray feeding module, a material block feeding module, a material block handling module, a conveyor belt module, a detection module, a handling manipulator module, a storage module, a solenoid valve group, a sensor group, an IO transfer module, a power supply module, Display module, RFID reader and other modules are used for students to build a real physical production line.

The digital twin simulation workstation of mechatronics trainer consists of digital twin software, PLC module, HMI module, display module, 3D virtual model library, etc.
