Overview
DLLYS-QDT242 Building Elevator Ttraining System is one simulation teaching model for group elevator system composed of 2 blocks 4-floor group-controlled elevators. Each elevator system of the TVET technical training equipment is controlled by PLC. Data is exchanged between the PLCs through the communication module, and elevator outbound calls are managed in a unified manner, the elevator demonstration system is close to the actual building elevator control. Through the practical elevator training of this lift simulated device, students from engineering university, vocational institution, college etc can not only practice single-seat elevator control skills training, improve the ability to detect and eliminate faults, but also learn elevator control technology teaching.
The intelligent elevator teaching model has two setting methods: mechanical fault setting and intelligent fault setting.
Main Configuration
The elevator teaching model is composed of elevator control cabinet and elevator training model, which can realize functions such as button control, signal control, collective selection control, man-machine dialogue, etc.
The two elevators can also be intelligent group control (fuzzy control, expert control), elevator remote monitoring and failure diagnosis.
