Equipment Overview

DLZL-AC01 Two Pieces Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner is designed and developed for the refrigeration and air conditioning professional, various skill training and national vocational skill appraisal departments of colleges and universities. It is applicable to "refrigeration principle and application", "refrigeration air conditioning technology", " Teaching and training requirements for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment maintenance and operation. Split type air conditioning training system device integrates the refrigeration system, the electrical control system and the fault simulation system, and has a reasonable layout and a beautiful appearance.

Equipment Features

-Air conditioning trainer device visually demonstrates the system structure and working principle of the air conditioner, which is convenient for teaching demonstration and understanding of students' knowledge of textbooks. 

-The training device is provided with a fault simulation function, provides a wiring area of outdoor execution components, and provides an applied training project with strong training. 

-A manual throttle valve and an automatic throttle device are provided on the refrigeration system to simulate the cooling mode and fault setting in different environments.

-On the back side, the structural principle of the entire refrigeration system and the actual objects of the main components can be observed. The corresponding components are named. -The sight glass is provided to observe the state of the refrigerant. The external leakage fittings and components are clearly placed and labeled. Easy to identify. Students do not need to disassemble the outdoor unit and can clearly see each component.

-The front panel provides a printed schematic of the refrigeration and circuitry for guidance.
