Equipment Overview
DLZL-WA02 refrigeration training equipment introduces students to the basics of air conditioning and refrigeration using a water cooled condenser system. Students will learn practical knowledge of the operation of vapor compression refrigeration cycles used in refrigeration training system. The refrigerator air conditioner training equipment discharges the heat of the refrigerant into the cooling water, and the refrigerant condenses into a high-pressure liquid. During operation, a pressure map (p-h) diagram of the thermodynamic cycle of a water-cooled condenser was investigated to fabricate a refrigeration system. A number of special control instruments and transparent viewports have been provided to set up and monitor various experiments.
Equipment Features
(1) The training equipment is made of aluminum profile, which includes a demonstration panel for mounting components. These components are neatly arranged in a manner similar to a refrigeration circuit for ease of understanding. The circuit is silk screen printed on the panel. The refrigeration line is color coded to indicate the state of the refrigerant.
(2) Dashboard: Circuit breaker and leakage protection device, voltmeter, ammeter, indicator light, key selector switch, digital thermometer, manual valve, electrical diagram with test points, clear and color-coded system diagram and Connection diagram, able to easily practice measuring, inspecting and servicing electrical equipment used in heat pump systems

-Know the components of water-cooled refrigeration systems and its’ function;
- Water-cooled air refrigeration system evacuation and charging;
-Refrigerant pressure and temperature measurement;
-Understand and draw pressure - thermodynamic cycle in the map;
-Calculate the cooling capacity from the p-h diagram;
-Calculate the coefficient of performance.
