Equipment Overview

This refrigeration training system will enable students to follow the refrigeration cycle, explore the layout and functions of all major components and control devices, review installation procedures, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting exercises. The refrigeration training equipment is a fully operational unit, including all the basic components of split air conditioning. Components are clearly laid out in a maintainable manner and wells are mounted on the bench frame. In order to enable students to control and monitor various experiments, we provide some special control devices, instruments and transparent observation ports.

Characteristics

(1) The technical training device is constructed with a movable steel workbench, which contains a demo board for assembling components. These components are arranged neatly in a way similar to the refrigeration circuit for easy understanding. The refrigeration circuit is shown on the color printout. The refrigeration pipeline is coded in red and blue to indicate the state of refrigerant.

(2) Compressor and liquid storage tank are used as parallel bars to collect and store refrigerants.

(3) Components are clearly laid out and labeled for easy identification. 

(4) RS485 information acquisition system: After the system is assembled, the refrigeration system built by the computer and itself can be realized. It also includes the schematic diagram of the system, which can be printed on the computer.


Training Projects

- Familiar with the components of the refrigeration cycle;

- Familiar with basic refrigeration principles and understand the importance of throttling devices in refrigeration systems.

- Observe the state change of the refrigerant by observing and touching the external pipes. Read the refrigerant pressure change along the pipeline through the pressure gauge, and check the value of the voltmeter and ammeter;

- Digital temperature readings on the fan coil and condensing air outlet indicators;

-  Study the influence of throttling device in refrigeration.
